Thomas More University
Workplace CSA Program

Thomas More University is excited to offer an on-site CSA pickup for the upcoming fall season. Staff, faculty, and students who sign up for a weekly fall share can conveniently pick it up on campus each Wednesday.

Read below for an overview of CSA (community supported agriculture), the farm's CSA share offerings, and how to sign up for a share. If you are already familiar with Elmwood Stock Farm CSA, select the "Sign up for Fall CSA" to secure your share. â€‹

What is Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)?

CSA is a local food subscription that connects you directly with Kentucky farmers. Members receive a weekly box of seasonal produce harvested at peak ripeness for maximum flavor and quality for a certain number of weeks. By purchasing a share in advance, you become a vital part of the farm community, supporting local agriculture and sharing in the season’s bounty.

Perks of CSA

  • Simplify local food sourcing - gain access to local and organic produce grown in your region.

  • Convenient pickup - choose the worksite location or another community site.

  • Know the farmer - connect with the people who grow your food.

  • Boost your health - Increase your vegetable intake and enjoy health benefits all season long.

  • Support the local economy - keep more dollars in the community to create a thriving food system.
