What is Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)?

A local food subscription where members receive regular deliveries of seasonal produce or meats for 20+ weeks during the main growing season (May - October).

A model of buying food focused on building community when a participant pays for a portion of the share in advance and shares in the risks and rewards with the farm for the whole season.

A box of in-season items grown by Kentucky farmers. The items in a share are harvested at their peak ripeness to maximize their flavor and quality.
